Juice filling machine is composed of bottle washer, bottle filler, capping machine, main motor, conveying system, PLC system, steel frame, and sealing windows. The juice filling process can be divided into 3 parts: bottle washing, bottle sealing and capping.

In beverage processing / pasteurization plants process parameters are more or less same, heating the product up to the needed pasteurization temperature, and it can be filled in hot condition or in case the filling is needed in PET bottles of normal grade the product needs to cooled and filled, with proper holding.

CIP is commonly used for equipment such as piping, tanks, and fillers. CIP employs turbulent flow through piping, and/or spray balls for large surfaces.
